Value Creation

-Delivering shareholders value through ethical leadership -

“Value creation has nothing to do with beliefs—yours, ours, or anybody else’s. You may be familiar with the expression, “Fifty million Frenchmen can’t be wrong.” Well, yes they can. The same goes for 300 million Americans, a billion-plus Chinese, and so on. After all, it is entirely possible that every person working for Enron thought that their company was creating value when, in fact, it wasn’t. Tens of thousands or even tens of millions of people believing that they are creating value does not make it so. Value creation, when properly understood, is not simply someone’s ethical perspective on how to manage a company. Value creation is a self- generating, self-governing, basic planetary imperative based on nature itself, and if you don’t uphold it, the planet will shut you down every time."

Kevin Kaiser & S. David Young – The Blue Line Imperative: What Managing for Value Really Means

Our promise to this society is to create value for it both by selecting the right executives for our clients and by representing ethical and successful companies.

We believe the most successful companies, no matter their size, no matter if they are start-ups or well established, put as much emphasis on the character of their executives as they put on credentials and competences. The companies/executives who didn’t, proved to have the same fate.

We will therefore have an important part of our culture understanding consulting focused on company values and how are they encouraged to be lived by the people inside, about how recruitment process is incorporating them in the assessment process, etc.

We want to be proud to represent your company/you whether you are a client or a candidate.
