Our high placement and stick rates have generated demand from organizations for us to train senior management in fine-tuning their recruitment skills, in understanding how to better assess leadership and values.



In this phase we are focused on understanding the context, the objectives, the culture, the strategy, intended changes, etc. and agree with the key stakeholders around the values and key competences to be addressed during the training.


Such training is exclusively designed for organizations and could take from half to 1 full day and it includes simulations. Depending on the requirements it could be 100% customized.

Follow Up

Shadowing at certain interviews at 30 and 60 days respectively ensures the skills and knowledge are acquired.
