The Leadership Development Program for leadership teams celebrated 10 years early this year. The amazingly honoring feedback received from the participants over the last years has encouraged us to enter a new area, the Open Executive Programs, performed in co-delivery with renowned business executives or top business schools/ faculty we have met along the way and that have proven to pursue a similar mission as ours: ”Helping companies live their values while having a memorable positive impact in the lives of the people we work with”.
Our third executive program - Managing Anxiety & Stress in Leadership Roles - took place in Bucharest on Jun. 6-8, with Srini Pillay/Harvard Medical School, Adam Leonard/Google Inc & Radu Manolescu/K.M.Trust & Partners.

Our second executive program took place in Lausanne on Oct. 16 & 17, at EHL with Ray F. Iunius, Professor at Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne/LHC & Radu Manolescu, Managing Partner at K.M.Trust & Partners and focused on leadership.We talked about leadership models, patterns, values and emotional intelligence. We had a great group of managers and senior managers from HIT Scotland.
Our first (in a series of more to come) executive program started with Frank. V Cespedes, Professor of Strategy & Sustainable Leadership at Harvard Business School & Radu Manolescu, Managing Partner at K.M.Trust & Partners and was focused on strategy, mission & values as a mandatory mix for long term value creation. We talked about adaptability and personalization as being the key ingredients in addressing the evolving needs of the stakeholders and how the companies who excel at leading a diverse array of generations (motivated by very different drivers) will succeed and flourish.
