K.M.Trust expands team with new Partners

Andrei Costache and Basav Ray Chaudhuri have joined the company as partners alongside Radu Manolescu, Founder & Managing Partner. Heike Kuenzel, Co-Founder remains Non-Executive Partner.

This move is part of K.M.Trust & Partners’ international growth strategy allowing us to provide better and more diversified experiences to our clients in Executive Recruitment, Leadership Consulting &  Executive Coaching.


Andrei Costache

Andrei has 15+ years of executive search expertise in a variety of industries such as Technology, Life Sciences, Industrial Manufacturing, Chemicals, FMCG and Financial Services just to name a few. He has lived and worked on three continents in both mature and emerging markets.

Andrei is also a Board Member of RomAmPro, an organization focused on building a strong Romanian-American community in North America and empowering young and mid-level professionals on career, cultural, and educational pursuits. 


Basav Ray Chaudhuri 

Basav is a Certified Professional Coach. Prior to becoming a coach, he has had more than 29 years of blue-chip executive experience for companies such as Schlumberger, Unilever and PricewaterhouseCoopers with assignments in General Management, Change Management, Finance and Strategy.

Basav has international experience managing multicultural teams and a proven track record of business turnaround, transformation and collaborative ventures.
