Dr. Srini Pillay is the CEO of NeuroBusiness Group, a company that specializes in developing transformational leaders, voted one of the Top 20 “movers and shakers” in leadership development in the world by Training Industry.
He is a Harvard-Trained psychiatrist, experienced brain- researcher and certified master executive coach who combines his experience in all three fields to develop custom approaches to help senior leadership teams enhance strategic speed by enhancing leader confidence and resilience, facilitating change, enhancing agility, and boosting productivity and creativity.
In addition to being on the faculty at Harvard Medical School, he has also served on the faculties for executive education at Harvard Business School, Duke CE and Mobius Executive Leadership, a current partner of Egon Zehnder. Dr. Pillay is currently a member of the by-invitation only Transformational Leadership Council (TLC) and The Future of Executive Development (FRED).

Originally trained as an international diplomat for the US foreign service, Adam Leonard currently develops executive global leaders at Google using the latest evidence-based methods shown to accelerate individual, team, and organizational development. His passion involves searching the world for the newest and most effective transformational leadership practices. Before Google, Adam worked at two leadership consulting companies with a range of clients from entrepreneurial start-ups to mid-market to Fortune 500 companies. In addition, Adam used to work at Mattel, one of the biggest toy companies, within their futuristic toy design center.
Adam’s ideas and research have been published in peer reviewed academic journals and books. His most recent book —Integral Life Practice: A 21st-Century Blueprint for Physical Health, Emotional Balance, and Mental Clarity — was co-authored with “psychological futurist” Ken Wilberand discloses the latest research and tools on human development and lifestyle design.

Radu is the Managing Partner of K.M.Trust & Partners which he co-founded in 2006 and who became, starting year two, one of the leading executive search and leadership development firms on the Romanian market. K.M.Trust’s mission is to help companies live their values.
