The modules led by Frank Cespedes concern core elements in developing and implementing a profitable business strategy. They focus on key choices relevant to growth initiatives and are designed to:
- Allow participants to understand what research tells us about the factors—internal and external—that help and inhibit the achievement of profitable growth across industries.
- Provide a process for accelerating profitable growth in your firm.
- Expose you to practical examples about these topics, and so increase your team’s ability to execute business strategy more effectively by ensuring that your firm’s resources are focused on the best growth opportunities.
- When participants leave the Program, they should have a stronger sense of both short-term and long-term priorities in their firms, and the resources required to capitalize on those opportunities.
As K.M.Trust & Partners' mission is to help companies live their values, each service we offer is governed by it. Thus, the module led by Radu Manolescu is part of a 1 - 2 days program meant to increase awareness on the importance of moral values in leadership and value creation and to create long-lasting behavioral changes in this direction. The module will cover:
- Increase awareness about the importance of a leadership team aligned across healthy values for long term value creation.
- Provide a benchmark in leadership and a process to address customized retention and development.
- When participants leave the Program, they should have a stronger sense of how to close the gap between declared values and the ones lived within their organization.
Before developing the concept we advised with many executives to understand what would be of value in regards to participating to such programs. We incorporated everything executives mentioned to be very important:
- It is a 1 day executive development program for a closed group of executives and not an open conference.
- All the questions addressed will be answered both during the program or after, via the interactive app participants will receive access to.
- Possibility to remain in further contact with the participants via the app and not only.
- An opportunity for the strategy makers to discuss with implementers from other industries and exchange challenges, etc.

Frank Cespedes received his B.A. from the City College of New York, M.S. from M.I.T. and Ph.D. from Cornell University.
At Harvard, he has developed and taught a variety of MBA and executive courses, led the Strategic Marketing Management program for senior executives, and was co-lead of the Sustainable Market Leadership program for CEOs and their leadership teams.
Before joining the faculty, he was a Research Associate at Harvard and worked at Bain & Company, an international strategy consulting firm. From 1995 to 2007, he was Managing Partner at the Center for Executive Development (CED), a firm that won awards in the United States and Europe for its work with companies worldwide.

Since January 2006, Radu is the Managing Partner of K.M.Trust & Partners who became starting year two one of the leading executive search and leadership development firms on the Romanian market. Radu’s personal and firm’s mission is to help companies live their values.
He works together with leaders to enable their companies close the gap between the declared values and the lived ones by focusing first on character when hiring, developing and promoting people. In 2012 Radu founded AVE, an NGO focusing on improving education in Romania.
Radu has a University Degree from ASE Bucharest, International Economical Relations Faculty. He has postgraduate studies in marketing /Athens and attended Executive Programs at INSEAD, Harvard Business School, Singularity University and Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne.
