Radu Manolescu (Managing Partner)
Starting with January 2006 is the Managing Partner of K.M.Trust & Partners, currently one of the leading executive search firms on the Romanian market.
Radu is working in executive search and recruitment since 2000.
From early 2002 he has been focused exclusively on Executive Search covering Romania (as Managing Consultant Romania for TARGET - International Executive Search), Hungary, Czech Rep., Bulgaria, Poland, Slovakia (as Regional Consultant CEE), etc while recruiting senior and top professionals for blue chip international companies as well as consulting mid size and small firms to improve their performance.
Before that he worked for 2 years in a holding, coordinating the recruitment, customized training and outplacement division.
Radu is an International Economical Relations graduate and held several other full time jobs and internships in copiers companies, shipping and pesticides.
Besides other management training in Greece, Hungary, Slovakia and Romania, has been studying innovation and change management at INSEAD, France. |

Heike Kuenzel (Partner)
Coming from German banking industry, Heike has over 15 years experience in Romanian financial sector and has built up in Romania the Financial Services Company ROM Aval, the co-operation partner of international banks as well as of DAL Deutsche Anlagen Leasing, Germany.
Graduated in banking-finance, she started her career in the international credit division of DZ Bank in Germany and joined 1990 their subsidiary Frankfurt Bukarest Bank where she got responsible for the Romanian credit portfolio.
Following the move to Romania in 1997 she became also one of the foundation partners of today's Raiffeisen Leasing.
The entry in personnel consulting field came with the setting up of K.M.Trust the beginning of 2006 of which Heike is one of the foundation partners. Since January 2009 Heike is the General Manager of the middle management recruitment new division called Key2Success.
Heike is a Member of the Board of Romanian-German Chamber of Commerce as well as of the Board of the German Business Club in Bucharest. |

Valentin Tuca (Partner)
Valentin has an extended executive experience, both in Romania and abroad. He set up the local subsidiary of Marsh, the worldwide leader in risk consulting and insurance brokerage, as the first international insurance broker in Romania.
After successfully leading Marsh Romania for a period of almost ten years, he has been relocated to Brussels and as Board Member for Marsh Europe and Regional Business Development Director for Central and Eastern Europe and CIS.
Valentin left Marsh in 2005 and actually he is CEO of the Romanian subsidiary of the Israeli insurance market leader, CLAL Group.
He graduated in finance at the Economics Academy of Bucharest, in 1984 and has attended a post-graduation program at Stanford University, USA, after 1990. |

Agripa Popescu (Senior Consultant)
Agripa Popescu has experience of more than 27 years in various fields: avionics engineering (as Head of Avionics Maintenance for TAROM), in sales of Scania trucks then marketing (as Marketing Officer - Commercial Section of the Austrian Embassy) and lately in general management for various local and international companies (Market Manager - Glock Romania).
He joined K.M.Trust in May 2008 being in charge with advisory and representation of our clients in front of the governmental bodies in respect of tendering processes, market entry, etc.
In the Executive Search business line is a member of the Industrial / Aerospace / Governmental Practices.
Has a University Diploma in Aircraft Engineering, an EMBA at Danube University Krems, University California Los Angeles (UCLA) and has graduated recently the National Defense College. Speaks English, German and has a private pilot license. |

Cristina Flesariu (Managing Partner – Key2Success)
Cristina Flesariu has been Consultant at K.M. Trust & Partners since 2006 and responsible for project coordination, researchers and assistant's coordination within projects, client management, etc. For 4 years, she had been involved in various industrial, financial, telecom and high-tech projects for TARGET – International Executive Search both in Romania and Slovakia. Before that she activated for a short period in telecom/distribution sector. She has a degree in International Economics Relations, Bucharest.
Since January 2009 she coordinates the middle management recruitment new division called Key2Success.
She is today specializing in Retail/FMCG, IT, finance and industrial areas. |

Valentin Dima (Consultant)
Valentin Dima joined K.M.Trust & Partners starting May 2008 as Search Consultant. His main responsibilities are account management on a day to day basis, interviewing candidates, coordinating projects/assignments; supervising the administration part of the projects.
In the 6 years with the British Embassy as Principal Trade Adviser Valentin gained professional and multicultural experience by working with major British and Romanian companies. Previously he worked for local and Dutch companies in agribusiness and printing supplies
Valentin was involved also in preparing the embassy to achieving Investors in People, the British standard for HR management, and took part in a Leadership programme organised by the British Foreign and Commonwealth Office.
He graduated in Automotive Engineering, postgraduate in Industrial Management and has an EMBA from Asebuss Bucharest in cooperation with Kennesaw State University, US. |

Paula Serbinuc (Search Consultant)
Paula Serbinuc is Search Consultant at K.M.Trust & Partners starting with March 2009, responsible for account management on a day to day basis, interviewing candidates, client reporting, operational project management, etc.
She joined K.M.Trust & Partners in January 2006 as Assistant Consultant.
During her career in executive search she has been involved in projects from various industries such as FMCG, Telecom, Pharmaceutical, Constructions and Industrial. She graduated ''Victor Babes” University of Medicine & Pharmacy, Timisoara. |
