Duration of process
The duration is determined by the size of the screened area (number of regions, companies to search into), by the number of potential candidates available (naturally more for senior management positions than for top management) and also by other factors such as the notice period agreed in their contracts, your availability in meeting them, etc.
A local search (in Romania) usually takes between 6 to 10 weeks to complete however in our market conditions it could take longer as per the context. A cross-border search takes few more weeks.
Fees required
Finding a top manager is an investment in the future of the company. Our executive search fees are in line with the practices on the international markets and are based on the first year gross cash compensation for the searched position.
Payment method
The payment is split in several phases, following the steps our methodology includes:
- We are a retained search firm thus retaining resources for an assignment will be established upfront.
- The rest of the payment structure will be according to the stages of the search.
