Based on the information gathered we work with you to create the profile of the ideal candidate. We will advise you about the suitable packages in order to attract the right ones.
Identifying the short list of candidates
After the profile is ready, we create a search strategy tailored to the specifics of your request.
We use a methodical approach ensuring that the circle is complete so we identify not only the active persons looking for a new position but also suitable candidates that are not interested in changing their job.
In most cases we are going to present a small number of candidates that we believe are both attracted by the new position and have the right mix of experience and knowledge required for the job.
Negotiation and hiring
During the negotiation process we will assist you on every step until an agreement is reached. Prior to signing an agreement with the chosen candidate, we perform extensive background and reference checks.
However, our assistance does not stop here. After-placement monitoring and communication with you and the candidate will continue for several months, until successful integration is achieved.
Guarantee
If one of the candidates hired by our client companies will end the collaboration within a defined period from the hiring date, irrespective if it is a resignation or a dismissal, our firm shall repeat the respective Search without further Professional Fees.
