Management Audit
The purpose of Management Audit is to analyse managers' performance taking into consideration the requirements of the position, the support received, company goals and other factors relevant to each specific situation.
While conducting the assessment, our consultants will also evaluate each manager’s strengths and weaknesses in addressing their role, key responsibilities and objectives.
When to conduct a Management Audit
You should consider a Management Audit:
- When deciding whether to promote an inside person or recruit externally for a key position within the company. Taking such a decision is not easy and should not be arbitrary.
K.M.Trust & Partners can provide an appraisal for all the people considered for the position and advice whether the inside candidates have the necessary experience and skills or whether external executive searching should be considered.
- When taking over another company. As people are a key asset of each company you would like to know the strengths and weaknesses of the existing management team.
A Management Audit report will also help you decide who should stay on-board and what positions do you need to fill with new people.
