The coach role is to understand what are the problems, why they appear (often people react based on perception, which can be different than reality) and finds ways to solve them.
By identifying the root cause of issues, dealing with it and improving inside communications, the relationships within the company are strengthened and the team efficiency and ability to solve problems is increased.
