What To Expect From Us

If you are contacted by us and invited to discuss about a specific position here is what you should expect:

You are valued

You are as important to us as our clients, thus you are valued in the same manner.

Confidentiality

Your acceptance will be required before disclosing your details to our client. When sending information about you we will prevent our client to respect its confidentiality. References will only be taken with your permission.

Your potential interest in the position we discuss about will not be shared with any other person from outside our firm. This will only happen if you ask specifically for us to do so.

Complete information

It is part of our ethics to protect our clients' best interests therefore we could meet you in person for an interview and not divulge the name of the company if the Client requires strict confidentiality.

Even though, we will try to provide you as much information as necessary for you to understand what is it all about but still keep confidentiality requested by our client.

If you qualify though for the 2nd personal interview, you will receive full complete information about: 

  • the briefing of the client organisation and of the position; 
  • relocation details (if any); 
  • information about the recruitment, interviewing steps and people involved; 
  • time frames, etc.

This is information you will be presented with to ensure you get a good understanding of the process. We will also answer to any other questions you might have about this topic.

Feedback

Once you qualified for personal interviews, we will give you a feedback regarding your strengths and weaknesses related to the proposed position.

If a client meeting happened and at any time our client decides not to continue the discussions with you we will do our best to explain his decision.

Regular Communication

Once you become an active candidate we will communicate with you on a regular basis, during the entire recruitment process.

Timing advice

Our consultants will keep you up to date with any deadlines imposed by the client as well as with the implications for not making a decision prior to those deadlines.

Respect

Our interviews with you will be scheduled considering all the time constraints that you might have.

Advices

There are a number of things you can do to ensure a right job for you and the right image about you in front of an interviewer.

This will be a benefit later on, even if in many cases, people tend to think that it is a certain image to be sold in order to get the opportunity. It is true, but just for the jobs that are not right for you.

  • Be honest. Present the real resume, the real you, be genuine about your motivation or lack of it in the position. 
  • Be flexible. Make every effort to fit consultant proposals for the interviewing periods and hours. 
  • Be realistic. Understand that there are also several other suitable candidates on the shortlist and the Executive Search process is not a short one. 
  • Do not play double. Do not use offers to get better offers. This destroys your credibility in front of all parties involved. 
  • Be self confident not arrogant. There is a very thin line between arrogance and self confidence. Our clients are looking for strong leaders and strong characters are not arrogant. 
  • Respect your time. Do not go for interviews just for fun. It is time consuming for all parties involved.
