Corporate Project Manager (0071RM)

Our client is one of the world’s top brands company, employing over 2,000 people in Romania.
The Corporate Project Manager will be located in Bucharest and will report directly to the Programme Management Officer.
Main role: To manage complex transversal corporate projects based on Company’s strategic initiatives.
Main accountabilities:
- To manage day-to-day transversal corporate projects;
- To identify resources needed and assign individual responsibility;
- To effectively apply Company’s project management methodology and reinforce when required;
- To carry out PM trainings when required;
- To promote transversal culture in the organisation.
Main requirements:
- At least 4 years working in managerial positions (project manager or line manager);
- In depth knowledge of Telecommunications business;
- In depth knowledge of project management;
- Cross functional experience;
- University degree (mandatory); MBA/ PMI or equivalent (an advantage);
- High level of planning and organizing skills;
- Multicultural awareness, politically astute;
- Excellent capability of identifying right internal resources and appropriate competencies;
- Excellent personal and interpersonal skills, including being able to influence at all levels to ensure effective decision-making;
- Strong drive, high degree of commitment;
- Challenged by continuously launching projects, a ‘doer’ type of person;
- Diplomacy, tact, integrity and common sense;
- Strong leadership skills, emotional intelligence, coaching;
- Computer literate, PM system knowledge;
- Fluent in English; any other language is an asset, etc.
