K.M.Trust & Partners has started as a Retained Executive Search firm, founded early 2006 in Bucharest, Romania, by three professionals who have been leaders for major international companies in Executive Search, Banking and Brokerage.

One year later, due to fast results and high quality services K.M.Trust & Partners was invited to join a world top 10 Executive Search network and we proudly are members of IIC partners ever since.

Starting with 2008 we provide Management Audit, Management Consulting and Executive Coaching services for management team members.

Since 1st January 2010 we are members of AESC – Association of Executive Search Consultants, the professional association representing retained executive search consulting firms worldwide.
